Sandy Paws Rescue inc. is a 501(c)3 non profit organization dedicated to the well-being of family pets in need. We provide assistance to families in financial distress as well as aid in connecting them with spay and neuter services. If a family’s need is greater than what we can provide, we will assist with finding the pet or pets a new home. Sandy Paws Rescue inc. also helps pets at risk of euthanasia from high-kill shelters.

Sandy Paws Rescue inc. is a registered nonprofit organization in the State(s) of Massachusetts and Florida. Our mission remains the same, as we reach our goals and accomplishments.
Sandy Paws Rescue inc. abides by all state laws and regulations set in place by the Massachusetts Department of Agriculture Resources, for importing dogs and cats into the commonwealth; for more information please visit the MDAR website here.

Please visit our individual pages for more information on our adoption process for our dogs traveling to Massachusetts for adoption, as well as our assistant programs offered. We have 2 private kennel locations on Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard. Visiting our kennels are by appointment only at this time.

For our Florida division we are currently only able to offer families in need with limited resources in terms of funding for medical care beyond spay and neuter assistance. Our Florida division primarily focuses on working breeds (Malinois, GSD) and Bully breeds (English Bulldogs, American Bully mixes ) at this time.

Sandy Paws Rescue inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that relies on donations to off-set the costs of rescuing our dogs. We are a 100% volunteer only operation, with most of us working regular full-time jobs. Our only personal gain, is from seeing our dogs placed in wonderful homes. We are only able to exist on donations. Our adoption fees do not cover the amount that we spend on our puppies/dogs to vet and transport them.
